Originally I was pretty set on making my Miss Havisham recreation really contemporary and very fashion,but I was later informed that I am unable to do so and have to recreate it for theater or film and tv.
I've decided to go down the film and tv side and create a very realistic version of her, concentrating on the middle - the end of her life. To incorporate some of my research that I have previously done in relation to my previous idea I am still going to look at colour. However, this time include it in a more realistic way, for example I want the contour to still maintain some ruby tones but to make them look as though the skin is meant to be like that and to be really sore. Again, the rich tonnes of Victorian Interior will be included around the eye sockets to help give that aged/drawn out look but still subconsciously relate back into my research into the Victorian era.
Some of my research still applies as this time I have to obviously make my model and designs grotesque whereas before I wanted the grotesque to look pretty. I would still love to try and recreate this further in my project if I am able to.
