In regards to the project as a whole I thoroughly enjoyed it, especially in comparison to the previous one and I think that is clear to see. Even though I have previously mentioned that I am not really into the Historical side of things I was pleasantly surprised at how much interest I had shown when first approaching this project.
Also the fact I was more settled and constantly learning different techniques made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable - I found doing my work more of a pleasure than a struggle which is what I felt was the main situation in the Elizabethan project.
The limitations on both the projects varied and I really liked that aspect - the first half I really had to limit myself to the brief and what was asked: to create a Periodic look based on the book, despite having a lot of things stopping my ideas I felt this was really necessary and I some what liked the fact that I had to create something that was true to the original character; there was enough freedom to go about it in your own way yet the perfect amount of boundaries to keep you reeled in.
On the other hand the second part of the project was based on creating a character for a TV show - this part had the basic character profiles and your own boundaries depending on the show, this allowed us to have a starting point but also explore our ideas and some what artistic side a lot more. The main problem I had with this was I didn't have a create deal of time to develop my character before I had to present my ideas. A week wasn't long enough to watch the series and base my character off another film as well as linking it to the current one, I understand there will be time constraints but I felt I didn't perform to my best ability - I did however really like my final outcome but I felt I could have gone more artistic with it rather than more on the realistic side.
